On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, the Samut Sakhon Science Center for Education organized the “Happy Seniors: AI and Cybersecurity Awareness” activity, along with the premiere screening of a 4K digital fulldome planetarium film.

The event was honored by the presence of heads of government agencies and 100 senior citizens from the community who participated in the activity. On this occasion, Mr. Damrongsak Yodthongdee, Deputy Governor of Samut Sakhon Province, presided over the opening ceremony.

This activity aims to enhance seniors’ knowledge and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and to enable them to use digital technologies safely. It also seeks to raise awareness of cyber threats that may arise in daily life, while strengthening lifelong learning skills. Ultimately, the initiative promotes happiness and improves the quality of life for older adults in the digital age.

The event featured a wide range of activities, including informative sessions on AI and cybersecurity, creative workshops such as badge-making, and hands-on learning through Bai Klu (Acanthus ebracteatus) herbal tea activities. Participants also enjoyed AI-powered photography experiences.

A key highlight of the event was the premiere of a 4K digital fulldome planetarium film, offering participants an immersive learning experience filled with both knowledge and excitement.
