Samut Sakhon Science Centre for Education launches the 2nd “Science Mobile Lab” activity at Chumchon Wat Sakhla School, Samut Prakan.

Friday, March 13, 2026 – The Samut Sakhon Science Centre for Education dispatched its educational officers to organize the 2nd Science Mobile Lab activity for 100 students at Chumchon Wat Sakhla School, Samut Prakan.

The program’s primary goal is to promote science education outside the classroom, providing students with opportunities for hands-on learning. The activities are designed to enhance critical thinking and analytical skills, spark curiosity in science and technology, and foster a positive attitude toward applying scientific knowledge in everyday life.

The event featured several interactive learning stations designed to engage students through experimentation, observation, and fun participation. Key highlights included:

  • Central Lab Station: “Color-Changing Water: Disease Detection” activity.
  • Local Wisdom & Innovation Station: “Khlu Leaf Tea Brewing” (Pluchea indica) activity.
  • Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) Station: “Food and Fit” activity.
  • Astronomy Station: Solar observation using professional telescopes.

Each station was meticulously designed to simplify complex scientific concepts, making them age-appropriate and easy to understand, while encouraging students to learn by doing in an enjoyable environment.
